From artwork to finished piece

Every Nova Creative Studio product begins with artwork selected to bring personality, humor and visual character to a space.

After you choose your preferred artwork, format and size, the physical product is produced specifically for your order. Our products are not taken from large quantities of finished inventory stored in advance.

1. Artwork development and selection

Nova Creative Studio develops and curates artwork for homes, offices, bathrooms, home bars, entertainment spaces, hospitality environments and other interiors.

Before an artwork is offered for sale, we evaluate elements such as:

  • Composition and visual balance.
  • Image quality and print suitability.
  • Color, contrast and detail.
  • How the artwork adapts to different product formats.
  • How the design may appear in real interior spaces.
  • The overall character and purpose of the collection.

Our collections include sophisticated city-inspired artwork, decorative designs, humorous animal art, bathroom art, home bar art and other distinctive themes.

2. Product presentation and mockups

We use digital previews and room mockups to help customers understand how an artwork may look when displayed.

These images are intended to represent the design, product format and overall visual effect as accurately as reasonably possible. However, room mockups are illustrative and may not always show exact physical scale.

Before ordering, customers should review the product description and listed dimensions rather than relying only on the apparent size of the artwork within a room image.

3. You select the product

Depending on the artwork and available options, customers may be able to select from formats such as:

  • Canvas prints.
  • Unframed posters.
  • Framed posters.
  • Enhanced matte posters.
  • Premium luster posters.

Available sizes, materials, finishes and frame options may vary by product.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the selected artwork, format, dimensions, frame option, color, quantity and shipping address before completing checkout.

4. Your order enters production

After an order is accepted and payment is successfully processed, the selected product may enter production shortly afterward.

The artwork file and product specifications are transmitted to our professional production and fulfillment partner for manufacturing.

Because each item is made to order, cancellation or modification requests are not guaranteed once production has begun.

5. Professional printing

Our principal production and fulfillment partner, Printful, uses professional printing processes appropriate to the selected product and material.

The exact production method may depend on whether the order is for a poster, framed print, canvas or another available format.

During production, the artwork is prepared according to the selected dimensions and product specifications. Some designs may require proportional cropping or positioning adjustments to fit a particular size or format.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the product presentation communicates any material differences between available formats.

6. Framing and assembly

When a framed product or canvas is selected, additional assembly may be required after printing.

Depending on the product, this may include:

  • Mounting or stretching printed material.
  • Assembling the frame.
  • Positioning the artwork within the frame.
  • Adding protective or hanging components.
  • Preparing the completed product for packaging.

Reasonable manufacturing tolerances may result in minor variations in positioning, dimensions, frame appearance, material texture or print placement. Minor variations of this nature are not generally considered defects.

7. Production quality review

Production partners may perform quality-control procedures before an item is packaged and released for shipment.

These procedures may include reviewing:

  • Print clarity.
  • Product alignment.
  • Visible production issues.
  • Frame or canvas assembly.
  • Packaging readiness.

Because physical products are manufactured individually, small differences between production batches can occur.

8. Packaging

The finished product is packaged according to its dimensions, material and shipping requirements.

Posters, framed prints and canvas products may require different protective packaging. Larger or more delicate products may be shipped separately from other items in the same order.

Customers should retain the product, outer packaging, interior packaging and shipping label if an item arrives damaged or appears defective. These materials may be required to evaluate a claim.

9. Shipping directly to you

After production and packaging are complete, the order is transferred to an independent shipping carrier and sent directly to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Products may be produced at different facilities depending on availability, product type, destination and operational capacity.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. Each shipment may have its own carrier and tracking number.

10. Receiving and inspecting your artwork

When your order arrives, inspect the product and packaging promptly.

If the product arrives damaged, contains a suspected manufacturing defect, is the wrong item or is materially different from its listing, contact Nova Creative Studio within seven (7) calendar days after delivery.

Eligible claims must include the order number, a clear explanation of the issue and the photographs required by our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers should contact Nova Creative Studio regarding order or product issues. Claims should not be submitted directly to Printful or to the shipping address printed on the package.

Color and material variations

Digital screens and physical printing reproduce color differently. The appearance of a finished product may vary slightly because of:

  • Monitor calibration.
  • Screen brightness and display settings.
  • Lighting conditions.
  • Printing process.
  • Paper, canvas or other product materials.
  • Surface texture.
  • Production batch.

Minor differences in color, texture, cropping, positioning or material appearance are a normal part of physical production and are not necessarily defects.

Made to order, not mass produced in advance

Our made-to-order model allows a customer’s selected artwork, size and product format to be produced after purchase.

This process supports a broader range of designs and product options without requiring large quantities of every finished item to be manufactured and stored in advance.

Who manages your order?

Nova Creative Studio manages the artwork, product presentation, retail pricing, storefront, customer communications and review of order-related claims.

Printful acts as an independent production and fulfillment provider that may print, assemble, package and ship the physical product.

Nova Creative Studio is a brand of and is operated by Novapro Multi-Services LLC. The customer’s purchase agreement remains with Novapro Multi-Services LLC through the Nova Creative Studio brand.
