How your artwork becomes a finished product
Nova Creative Studio creates and curates the artwork, develops the product presentation, manages the online store and provides customer support. To manufacture and deliver our physical products, we work with specialized production and fulfillment providers.
Our principal production and fulfillment provider is Printful, a print-on-demand company that produces, packages and ships products after an order is placed.
Our production partner: Printful
Printful provides the production and logistics infrastructure used to manufacture many of the posters, framed prints, canvas prints and other physical products offered through Nova Creative Studio.
When a customer places an eligible order through our store, the order information is transmitted to Printful for production and fulfillment. The selected artwork is then printed on the product, prepared for shipment and delivered to the address provided during checkout.
This made-to-order process means that products are generally created specifically for a confirmed purchase rather than taken from pre-produced Nova Creative Studio inventory.
What Printful may handle
Depending on the product and destination, Printful may perform some or all of the following services:
- Receiving fulfillment information for an accepted order.
- Printing the selected Nova Creative Studio artwork.
- Producing posters, framed posters, canvas prints and related products.
- Assembling or framing the finished product when applicable.
- Performing production quality-control procedures.
- Packaging the product for transportation.
- Creating the shipping label.
- Transferring the package to an independent shipping carrier.
- Shipping the completed product directly to the customer.
- Producing an approved replacement or reprint when authorized by Nova Creative Studio.
What Nova Creative Studio manages
Nova Creative Studio remains responsible for the customer-facing commercial relationship created through this website.
Nova Creative Studio manages:
- The selection and presentation of the artwork.
- Product listings, descriptions, options and retail pricing.
- The design and operation of the Nova Creative Studio storefront.
- Order-related communications sent through our store.
- Customer-service inquiries.
- Review of shipping, damage, defect and incorrect-item claims.
- Approval of any replacement, reprint, partial refund or refund.
- Our published store policies and contractual obligations.
Nova Creative Studio is a brand of and is operated by Novapro Multi-Services LLC.
Who is the seller?
Novapro Multi-Services LLC, operating through the Nova Creative Studio brand, is the seller for purchases completed through this website.
Printful acts as an independent production and fulfillment service provider. Printful is not the seller of products purchased through the Nova Creative Studio website, and the customer does not enter into a separate retail purchase agreement with Printful by placing an order with us.
Where products may be produced
A product may be assigned to a production facility based on the selected product, available materials, production capacity, delivery destination and operational availability.
As a result, the facility producing or shipping an order may not be located in the customer’s state, province or country. The production or return address appearing on a package may belong to Printful, a fulfillment facility or another logistics provider.
An address printed on a package is not authorization to return a product. Customers must not send products to Printful or to any address shown on the package unless Nova Creative Studio has first provided written authorization and specific return instructions.
Separate packages and delivery dates
Products within the same order may require different production methods, packaging or fulfillment facilities. For that reason, an order may be divided into separate shipments.
Separate shipments may have different:
- Production completion dates.
- Shipping dates.
- Tracking numbers.
- Shipping carriers.
- Delivery estimates.
- Production or shipping locations.
Receiving one part of an order does not necessarily mean that the remaining products are missing. Customers should review all shipping-confirmation messages and tracking numbers associated with the order.
Quality concerns and order claims
If a product arrives damaged, contains a suspected manufacturing or printing defect, is the incorrect product or is materially different from its listing, the customer must contact Nova Creative Studio—not Printful.
Eligible claims must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days after delivery and must include the documentation required by our Return and Refund Policy.
Submitting a claim does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund. Each claim is reviewed based on the order information, photographs, packaging, production records, carrier information and other relevant evidence.
For an approved production or shipping claim, a replacement or reprint will normally be the first remedy considered, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.
